Buckle your seat belts popaholics, Dr. Pimple Popper has a special throwback Thursday “extended pop” edition for your viewing enjoyment.
In her most recent post, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD delivers a special two-part video. Yep, this pop was so juicy, Dr. Pimple Popper thought it deserved double the attention.
She captioned the video, “It’s an💥Extended POP💥Thursday! 🎉 Swipe for a #cyst pop and sac removal!” Basically, this one’s a two-for-one deal.

The video begins with the doctor trimming the opening of a cyst on an unidentified body part. “I think this is one that we’re going to have to squeeze out a little bit,” she says. Turns out, she’s totally right.
Dr. Pimple Popper jumps right into squeezing, and the cyst delivers with a bit of pressure. A strong stream oozes out in one, and then two, wiggly ribbons of yellow-ish gunk. The gooey contents of this cyst can’t get out fast enough—one commenter called it a “two-headed snake.”
But that’s only the beginning. Part two continues with the real meat of the popping action. Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her trusty tweezers and tugs and then squeezes again to get every last bit of goo out.
The removal is so intense that Dr. Pimple Popper has to actually remind her patient to breathe at one point. “Keep breathing for me,” she says.
Once she’s emptied the cyst, Dr. Pimple Popper must remove the cyst sac so it doesn’t come back. “It’s really not easy to take out the whole sac in one piece,” the doctor says, But, with some extra handiwork (and, okay, some very sharp scissors), she pulls out the entire cyst sac.
That’s where the video stops, but I assume from there, Dr. Pimple Popper stitched up her patient and sent them on their way; one more satisfied customer for Dr. Pimple Popper.
