Today I wanted to share the benefits and ways to use oil of oregano. I found out about oil of oregano through Natalia Rose and have loved it every since. I will warn you that it tastes AWFUL but hopefully you find the benefits worth it;). First thing in the morning I drink pure water but then I follow it with this drink:
~16oz Pure Water
~TBS. Apple Cider Vinegar (OPT)
~4 Drops Oil of Oregano
~Stevia or Raw Honey
Honestly this is like the only way I have been able to tolerate the taste but if you know of another way please share in the comments below! Some other uses of oil of oregano are:
~Sinus Infections and Colds: Put a few drops in boiling water and inhale the steam.
~”Shot”: Juice turmeric, garlic, ginger. Then add lemon, pepper and oil of oregano. So awful but I use it when I am getting sick!
Oil of oregano is great for the immune system , respitory system, is anti-fungal and prevents UTI’s. So I guess for that reason I will deal with the taste every once in a while;).
