So today let’s talk vegetables! So a very common thing for people who have GI disorders is not being able to digest vegetables. I definitely went through this before I really improved my condition. Note: Do what works for you. Only and your doctor truly know the details of your condition. I just wanted to share what worked for me in this area to make sure I was getting those micronutrients and this food group:). Here we go….
- Chlorophyll Drops: This is definitely the easiest to digest option. They are drops that you can use in water or juice. I will share a recipe below but know you can just add them to anything. They do make your water green (so not a thing to bring in public;) but they are tasteless. You can purchase at any health food store or online: HERE. One bottle lasts forever, haha. 🙂
