How is your week going? So today I am going to do a review on the new workout program I am doing!:) This is definitely not sponsored or anything like that. I just wanted to do the review in case you were looking at buying it!:)
Way of Gray Guides Review
-I LOVEEE the focus on self love and health verses weight loss. Yes, the guides will definitely help with that but it very focused on health.
-I also love the balance. It can be for anyone doing any kind of lifestyle/diet and doesn’t cut out any food groups.
-It includes all the recipes and is very beautiful.
-I don’t like how for the meal plan they don’t include portion sizes (even generalized) or on the recipes.
– I wish Sophie had done more of the recipes because I love hers on her YouTube and most of the recipes were done by other people on social media.
-She is so motivating. The program includes full length follow along workouts and she is sooo motivating.
-The workouts go by so fast! This is my favorite thing about it!
-They are really hard but not so hard that you dread them. I get excited for every workout.
-The programs are really geared towards most women’s goals: using HIIT cardio, leg exercises, and core.
-They require NO equipment and can be done at home or anywhere.
-This one sounds funny but I like how she places emphasis on taking care of the wrist. (I say this because I know a lot of people with wrist issues!).
-There aren’t many for me but the warmup can get a bit repetitive, especially at the end.
