Today’s post will be all about growing out your hair. I went through a period in my life where I lost all my hair because I got extremely sick. It was really really hard. I remember every day brushing my hair and SO much hair would fall out, so to an extreme I know what it’s like to have hair struggles.
So here are some of the tools I used written and below I will attach two video’s that I referenced and learned a lot from in my journey:

2. Hair massage: These really activates the hair follicles as well. You can do it when you wash your hair, ask someone to massage your head or use a scalp massager: HERE.
3. Buy A Good Hairbrush: This is SOO important and is probably my #1 tip. Don’t buy cheap hairbrushes that pull your hair out every time you have one tangle! I highly recommend a wooden brush or those new wet brushes that don’t pull out your hair. You probably have to research it because I just heard about it and bought one super recently!
