Today I am going to do a WIAW. I didn’t really do any physical activity this day so it’s not as much as usual. I hope this gives some meal ideas or inspiration or whatever it is people like these posts so much;).
Meal 2: Large Purple Yam with Cinnamon and a little real salt.
Snack: 1c of Silk Cashew Milk and Apple Garden of Life Greens x2 and 1/2 a banana.
Meal 3: Two White Sweet Potato’s with stevia and cinnamon and a head of celery.
So yeah I am a little obsessed with squash, cinnamon and sweet potato at the moment. However I am okay with that here are benefits of squash, cinnamon and sweet potato’s.
*Winter Squash: It is full of vitamin A, C, B6 and manganese. they usually run at around only 40 calories per cup. Also, they are great for cravings because they are so sweet and delicious.
*Sweet Potato’s/Yams: Also full of vitamins like A and C. They are very filling and dense. The orange variety is full of beta carotene which is great for giving a healthy glow to the skin and the purple variety is full of antioxidants.
*Cinnamon: Great blood sugar regulator.
