Here is the smoothie recipe I promised. I will warn you this isn’t the best tasting recipe I have but it’s SO healthy which I will describe below and chocolaty. Also the texture is incredible!!!!🌿
~1c Frozen Zuchini/Daikon (Quick Tip: I always keep a bag of frozen zuchini, daikon and cucumbers in my fridge for smoothies)
~2TBS Unsweetened Cocoa
~As much Matcha as you tolerate
~1c (or until desired texture) Silk Cashew Milk Unsweetened
~(Options if you can tolerate the taste): Cayenne, Turmeric, Chlorophyll Drops, Greens/Greens Powder
Blend all ingredients until you reach desired texture. Then top with cinnamon and chia seeds. Then, bam you’re done!✌🏻️
There are so many health benefits to this smoothie!
Matcha (Metabolism)…..Cinnamon (Blood Sugar)….Daikon (Really help with digestion of fats but just use a little it’s bitter)…Cayenne (Metabolism and digestion) + many more but this gives you some of the top ones😊!
