So today I wanted to do a fun post. I think anytime we read a blog on health or see their instagram we think they have it all together all the time and never slip up. However, that is so not true!
Everyone Slips up. Everyone’s mess ups may look different: some people forget to exercise, some people over exercise and some people eat pickles from the jar while some people forget to eat veggies but we are all unique and should laugh at ourselves sometimes:)
Here are some of my confessions (No judging!:):
~ I get literally obsessed with things and that’s all I will eat. Like lately I’m OBSESSED with almond milk and will honestly go through almost a half gallon a day and get most of my calories there. 🙈🙈🙈
~ There’s a lot of lifestyles and “diets” I think are extremely healthy like 100% raw vegan but I just don’t have the willpower right now to stick to it and call it balance … Haha… Whoops😜
~ I can’t always afford organic pure veggies. There are many months where money is short and I’ll eat or juice Walmart regular veggies and frozen veggies
~ I’m so inconsistent with my workouts. I always move in a day but I’m so bad about doing a consistent program.
~ I’m horrible at following any kind of set cleanse or diet plan. I literally love to do my own thing and am bad with that kind of restriction.
~ I am really bad about getting outside. I make an effort to but I’m really not good at getting sunlight. 😁
