So if you are like me you love the taste of coffee but can’t handle the caffeine, acidity or it upsets your GI disorder. So you either have to give it up or splurge on it sometimes and get a headache.
Well, I never want to have that relationship with any food so I thought of an idea!!!!!!!!D……
Although by no means do I think coffee is a health food, there are some health benefits including:
-Helps with Constipation
-Can be a good pre-workout replacement verses all the chemical filled ones (if you need it)
-If you are always starving it can help regulate your appetite
Anyway, here is no “stretch out your coffee” idea:
Stretch out your Coffee Iced Drink:
~ 1-2oz Coffee (of any kind)
~ 8-16oz Unsweetened Nut Milk (Any Kind)
~ (OPT) Cinnamon, Mint, Cocoa, Maca (Superfood alert!), Vanilla
Shake in a blender bottle with lots of ice.
