This is a post I wish not so many people related too, but unfortunately so many people do relate to this. I wanted to share my experience with Gastroparesis.
First, let me briefly explain what that is for those who don’t know. Gastroparesis is when your stomach doesn’t pump like it should, slowed peristalsis. It can cause so many issues and takes a toll on every part of yourself.
I have been to the ER several times, and have tried every healing protocol there is to help me with no avail. It takes a toll of your self esteem because your weight can fluctuate a lot, and a lot of the time it’s so hard for people to understand the pain you are in and how stressful meal times become.
A lot of the time it is like what the heck do I eat or do I do. Sometimes you don’t want to leave the house because your in pain.
I wanted to write this to let you know YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Seek support on your journey. Honestly, this journey to heal is definitely emotional so feel free to talk about your feelings.
Here are some tips that helped me:

4. Take a superfood shake. I know you hear about this shake a lot, but honestly Shakeology helped me a lot. If this is something you want to try to just comment below.
5. Be kind to yourself. This should be #1
