4. Green Juice: add watercress and argula for a true beauty boost.
5. Figs: any which way
6. Wheatgrass: Juiced or frozen
7. Avocado: when is avocado not good;)
8. Coconut: Sooo many ways to include it. My person favorite is coconut flour+coconut milk+coconut oil. Like yummmm!
9. MSM: in your water or smoothies
10. Sweet Potatoes:chop into fries or bake and add coconut oil and cinnamon
