Hey guys.. Yoga is something that has honestly changed my life but is so intimidating to many. I wanted to give some awesome yoga routines for different needs and people. Like one of my favorite yogi’s says:
“Yoga is working in not working out.”
So well said. Yoga can be as simple as stretching and it can be very fast and invigorating. It is great for all people. It helps you connect with your body which is great for almost everyone these days. So without further ado, here are some great routines!
Yoga for Stress:

So there you go guys.. I included all different levels in each area as well so if one is to hard or to easy then go ahead and try a different video. I tired each of these, I hope this helps! Definitely, bookmark the page or save the videos for later and please don’t think yoga can’t be a workout if you want it to be, or you’re “not flexible enough”. You are perfect for it no matter where you are and it’s great for everyone (I’m not biased or anything;)
