So HIIT training is something I’ve been really into lately. It doesn’t make me bored like all the other workouts and I don’t need to go as long #bonus :p.
If you don’t know what HIIT training is, it’s basically training at your max a specific exercise for 20-60secs resting for a bit and repeating. It’s really fun and super hard. I will link some great channels at the bottom. Today I wanted to give to. A great HIIT workout to do when it’s cold, your lazy and don’t want to. 🙂

Lazy Day HIIT routine:
(45 sec on/15sec off)
– Star Burpees
– Push-ups (Modify by doing knee, advance Spider-man push-ups)
-4 Switch Lunges and a Tuck Jump
-Knee to Opposite Elbow Plank (Advanced add push-up between R/L)
– Scissor Kicks (get low in squat between)
-Plyo push-ups (Modify on knees)
-Switch Kicks (Use core!)
-Tuck Jump Burpees
-Rolling T’s (plank to side plank, hold each for a few seconds)
– 3 High Knees, 3 Air Jacks, 3 Butt Kick’s
Rest one minute.
Repeat 2-4x. Modify as needed. Rock out to your favorite music and Have fun!
